Chloe was super friendly with scheduling and payment. Maurice was able to get to our house within a day compared to 1 week for other service companies. I was thrilled considering it was over the holidays. He promptly diagnosed the problem with our fridge and ordered the part. Came back the same day the part arrived. Fixed after getting one other small thing figured out. There was an initial $250 diagnostic fee for our GE Monogram builtin fridge, but then he did give us a discount for the final repair. Very reasonable prices. Fridge was back up and running quickly (even before others would’ve been out to see us)!
Spoke with Chloe on the phone for an appointment and she was awesome, so professional. I get an appointment for the next day and got to meet Maurice, who fixed my dryer in half an hour. AND he showed me how to open it up and what to look for! This was my first experience having an appliance repaired and I wouldn’t call anyone else.
Maurice came out and repaired my oven. So respectful and friendly. Never had worked on the brand before but He had it up and running in about 20mins. I’ll definitely call them for any of our repair needs. Nice job guys!!!

Great company to work with. I had an issue with my washer and Maurice came out within in a day or so of the first initial call. Needed a part to be ordered so with in a week the issue was resolved. Will be a return customer.
